Catch Soccer's Clash of Nations as FLO TV Carries ESPN's Live Coverage of All 64 FIFA World Cup Matches

- U.S. Soccer Midfielder Landon Donovan Stars in FLO TV's National Ad Campaign -

SAN DIEGO, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FLO TV Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), today announced it will offer ESPN's coverage of all 64 matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup live from South Africa on FLO TV devices and AT&T Mobile TV capable handsets.  FLO TV coverage will include a dedicated 24-hour World Cup channel.  To ensure soccer fans know they can catch all the action on the go, FLO TV, the mobile television leader, recently unveiled a national advertising and retail marketing campaign featuring U.S. Soccer midfielder Landon Donovan.  The 30-second spot debuted last month on Donovan's Facebook page, as well as FLO TV's Facebook page and Web site, www.FLOTV.com.

Held every four years, the FIFA World Cup gathers the world's 32 best national soccer teams on a global stage.  Donovan, 28, is the USA's all-time leading goal scorer with 42 goals.  In the ads for FLO TV, the "FLO TV addict" is seen practicing and performing fancy footwork – all while holding a FLO TV Personal Television.

"No single sporting event unites countries all over the world quite like the FIFA World Cup, the world's largest global sport, and there's no American player more active than home-grown star Landon Donovan," said Bill Stone, president of FLO TV.  "We're committed to offering viewers the chance to catch all the action as it happens, live from South Africa.  We are equally proud to partner with Landon Donovan, who has led his team to major victories and amassed an amazing fan base both here and abroad."

"When FLO TV approached me with the opportunity to be its spokesman, I thought it made perfect sense," said Donovan.  "As an athlete with a busy travel schedule, I'm usually not able to watch live sporting events as they happen.  FLO TV lets me follow the action from almost anywhere in the U.S."

FLO TV viewers can catch all the live action on the FLO TV Personal Television and Auto Entertainment devices, as well as AT&T Mobile TV phones, when the games kick off on June 11.

FLO TV is dedicated to bringing the best sports programming to viewers nationwide and just last month began offering UFC pay-per-view events.

Service not available everywhere.  Programming subject to change / blackout restrictions.  Service subscription required.   "Live mobile television" means the FLO TV service transmits channels in real time; no downloading, sideloading or buffering.
