AdMarvel Delivers In-Application Advertising Solution for Qualcomm Developers

-- Developers Receive More Choice in Marketing and Monetizing Apps --

SAN DIEGO and SAN MATEO, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM) and AdMarvel, a leading provider of mobile advertising services, today announced that they will deliver an easy-to-use, in-application advertising solution for developers building Brew® applications distributed through Qualcomm-powered app stores on select devices.

Qualcomm and AdMarvel will work together to bring in-application advertising to market in Latin America, initially for America Movil.  This collaboration allows for its placement in native Brew and web applications (widgets), and will enable developers to deliver advertisements from major ad networks, sell ad inventory directly or cross-promote applications and services to encourage better consumer discovery.  AdMarvel also will work to ensure the general availability of the solution for Brew and Brew Mobile Platform (Brew MPTM) worldwide.  There are no sign-up fees and developers can download the relevant SDKs from the AdMarvel site beginning July 1, 2010.

"Qualcomm developers have always had a wide range of pricing options, and we are working with AdMarvel to ensure they continue to provide the flexibility necessary to generate revenue quickly and easily," said Mitch Oliver, vice president of ecosystem development for Qualcomm.  "Through AdMarvel, developers will be able to access major ad networks and advertisers around the globe, helping them to advance their business."

"We are very pleased to bring a complete in-application advertising solution to market with Qualcomm, and are excited to be creating new revenue opportunities for developers," said Mahi de Silva, CEO of AdMarvel.  "The platform delivers an easy-to-use Web portal that will allow developers to manage, monitor and optimize their revenue and advertising strategy, as well as give them important tools to create and manage rich advertising experiences."
